Minecraft resource pack that makes blocks look smaller?

Are there resource packs for minecraft that make blocks look smaller in texture and make you feel like you're big?

Added (1). No no, I mean like make blocks seem like they are in small sizes but they aren't. Like duplicate the texture of the block until there are many. I'll upload an example texture.

No, recourse packs can only change the texture of the block not the size. It fills the whole block so trying to make smaller won't work. Only way to make you bigger is to use mods.

I would recommend the little blocks mod or the gulliver mod for what you want to do. No resource packs though, sorry about that.
