I see Minecraft videos where people just click the item and it goes directly into the chest. I hate having to drag everything. How do you do that?

Hover Over the item you wish to store, Press Shift it looks like an arrow pointing up and then right click, for console PS3-PS4 its triangle for Xbox One - Xbox 360 its Y and so on.
