I've been trying to get some shaders for minecraft I already have everything but when i pick a shader it always says update graphics driver even with the lite versions, it has so much lag and i can't even get to the pause screen so i can turn off the shaders thing. The display driver my pc has is Intel(R) G45/G43 Express Chipset and i can't update it because it says its already up to date what can i do to make it work

Your graphics card isn't really good, and may not be able to run shaders (Even if you did get it to work, you would probably get 1-5 FPS, which isn't playable in my opinion)
