I don't have administrative password and Minecraft won't open because the launcher is blocked. I've tried every trick and Minecraft won't work because the launcher is blocked, not the app itself. How do I fix this?

You don't "fix" it.
Nothing is broken - the school network manager has configured security settings to prevent students from playing games when they should be working.
That's because you're at school. Stop playing minecraft at school. Do your school work. Play minecraft for a few hours a day at home. Don't be bad.
