Change the HTTP to HTTPS. It makes it secure, which should bypass the block. That might not work, its what we did to get around shelterbelt in school.

I don't know if there's but try using a proxy. Basically lets you get on blocked stuff. Might work, try ultrasurf a good proxy program fast and easy to use. Also portable for a flashdrive.
