Minecraft LAN world not working?

I usually find the problems when it comes to these things but now I'm just clueless can someone help me please?

Its because of your Wi-Fi, as sometimes the server client thinks that you are on the same computer, hence it doesn't pick up that you are on separate pc's. I would either play LAN somewhere else, or get new Wi-Fi
