In minecraft everyone few minutes my player would just start flying in a random direction and i can't stop him, please help

1. Open minecraft and before signing in press the options and force update then try it
if that doesn't work maybe this will

Click the start button and type %appdata% and click enter, go to the.minecraft folder, make a new folder on your desktop and drag your saves and texture packs in to the folder now delete the.minecraft folder and start minecraft up that should get you a new.minecraft folder go to it and drag the saves and texturepack folders back and just ether merge or replace the other folders and that should work if not i don't know what to do
