Minecraft de-op'ed players can't do commands?

I have groupmanager and de-op'ed players can't do /spawn? Is there a way to fix it?

You would need too use a permissions plugin that runs on bukkit. I recommend A plugin called PEX if you need help contact me

You need to install a plugin called "Essentials" from

http://dev.bukkit.org/...ssentials/

After installing that, in groupmanager add the permission "essentials.spawn" to all your groups if you don't know what I mean by groups, try doing "mangaddp Default essentials.spawn"
