Just now, I finished watching minecraft tutorials on Youtube. I saw most of the videos have something like brand new look minecraft. It's the saves is on the left side, the search box is on the bottom, weather can be change on the top left side and the items on the right side. Instead of the classic one, if I press 'E' and it will open the storage only. How to get these brand new looking minecraft?

That's not a feature in Minecraft, it's a mod called Too Many Items.

Alternatively, it could be Not Enough Items, however that hasn't been updated since 1.6.4.
