I've been able to make it work once before but now it won't let me rename a new name tag. There's just a red X over the creation arrow in the anvil interface after I have put the name tag in one of the slots and changed the name for it. Any ideas?

Same issue. It works occasionally but not often. I have 50 levels so it's not that.
