I want the spider to walk around normally and the lava to follow the spider the spider can have a custom name i need this made with command blocks.

Not so easy. In fact, that would be difficult. Command blocks aren't so easy to configure, and I'm afraid that a simple step-by-step tutorial won't help you out in this situation.
