Low End Open World PC Games?

I have minecraft terraria and scribblenauts unlimited but I want to Play something like JC (Just Cause)
And JC2 (JustCause2) but my pc can't run them.

My specs.

2GB of RAM

Intel core duo e7200 2.53 ghz

windows vista business

Card name: Intel(R) Q33 Express Chipset Family

You can't really play any games with those specs and I feel you beacuse I had a really sucky cpmuter to. I guess you can play arma 2. Just download game booster and you will see a HUGE difference in gameplay.
