I have Dell 13z laptop. I used ready boots lots of time. But some time i forgot to turn off ready boots and remove the pen from USB port, I done it several times. Anyway my laptop felt down. It hit the battery. After all of this, after 2 or 3 days my laptop getting heat? Can't play games! Even the minecraft! **** ? What's happening? Getting heat because of ready boots or what? What happened to the on board VG? What ever the problem is did it crash the laptop?

Don't worry about it.
First of all you said that you are using ready boots.
This is a third party software and this software is harmful to your laptop uninstalled it.
You can put your laptop in table or bed.
Put your laptop in table or pad always why because the processor fan is rotating and generate more heat air.
You can put your laptop in table or pad means the heat air is going out and the processor works fine and no problem to motherboard.
If you can put your laptop in your bed or body the is not going out and damage your health.
and you put in bed means the air is not going out and damage the laptop motherboard and processor.
And also you said that your laptop is felt down and the display show blank means the laptop display is damaged or broken or motherboard problem or the laptop ram is moved.
Remove the battery and plug on the laptop directly and switch on the laptop once the display is coming means no problem.
And again the laptop display shows blank means check with company service center and solve the issue.

I suggest getting those cooling fans for you're laptop if it's always heating. It use to happen to mine but i got 1 for about 40-60$ and now it stopped, hope this helped
