My friend started doing YouTube videos, she will eventually do a a series done on what just the subscribers want her to do. How can she get more views and subscribers, and what do you guys think?

Sounds pretty legit, I recommend showing people some weird things in mine craft, sometimes there are glitches in the games, and people enjoying seeing weird and bizarre things, you can also make tutorials on people who have no idea how to use mine craft, I notice a lot of people watch tutorial videos. Don't forget to do a introduction video telling people what your going to be showing them introducing yourself etc. Maybe later in the future you can also start making small drawing competitions, and other things like maybe some cute short music videos. The possibilities are endless.
