Yes.
Lenovo usually isn't your best bet as their laptops are made fairly cheaply but for something as simple as minecraft you would probably be fine. For gaming in general though the main thing you want to look at is what type of video card a laptop has in which case you would probably want to go with some sort of Asus, iBuypower, Cyberpower, or MSI laptop.
Yeah the a-10 apu's are great, lets hope your ram is dual channel though, meaning two sticks of 4gb ram instead of simply 1 stick of 8gb's. The speed is normal for the ram, so it should be just fine on minecraft, not so much higher end games though.
Lenovo is a great brand, I love mine, but you should see about getting one with an intel processor. Also don't forget to look at what video card the laptop has.
The APU is great, but the 8 gigs of RAM, could use an upgrade to 16 gigs, because Minecraft is a very RAM intensive game.
It will run great but I really advise more RAM which is 99% of the time really easy to upgrade on your own.
I can also see, acording to the RAM, its 1600MHz, really costly stuff.
16 gigs should run about 100$, but this is something I googled real fast, you can get cheeper and better probobly.

Sell the 8 gigs for like 40 bucks once you've upgraded and use the packaging that the 16 gigs came with.
