Is this Gaming PC good enough?

I'm currently looking into purchasing a gaming pc, I'm not looking for a majorly good pc I'm just looking for one that will handle games such as Minecraft, Euro Truck Simulator 2013, Arma 3 and Battlefield 3/4. After searching on the internet I found this gaming PC, it is called a CyberPower Empire Elite. I just wanted to know if the specs are good enough to handle playing games and recording at the same time.

Processor: AMD FX 4300 processor (3 GHz, 4 MB cache)
Storage: 1 TB HDD, 7200 rpm
RAM: 8 GB DDR3
Graphics Card: AMD Radeon R7 250
Graphics Card Memory: 1 GB GDDR5

Those specs are not so bad. The processor is fine, the RAM is good, hard drive is great, your Graphics card is ok (will not give you maximum performance with some of those games though). Now what I need to know is how much are you paying for this machine…
You probably can get a better build for that same price.
