Are these parts good enough for a gaming pc?

Ok so i'm looking to make a budget gaming pc, I don't care for high graphics setting just decent enough where i can play games like skyrim, minecraft, cod etc on med settings with no lag and sorry i'm a little new to all of this so tell me if i'm missing parts or named them wrong,
(side not i already have a 1 terabyte hard drive) Also can you tell me if its safe to downgrade some of parts

You can't use an Intel processor and an AMD motherboard. Get an AM3+ processor like the FX-6300 or switch the motherboard for an LGA 1150 one.

With a dual-core processor, you'll be limited to what you can play. You'd need a Quad-core CPU.

You would also need to get a motherboard and CPU that are compatible. ASUS makes great products, but AMD isn't exactly known for it's gaming capabilities. That being said, AMD is cheaper and you could probably find an AMD Quad-Core processor for roughly the same amount, though I would spend the extra $40-$50 and go with the AMD FX line.

Your GPU is going to give you frame skips even on LOW settings with current games, I'd go with SAPPHIRE 100323-2L Radeon HD 6570 1GB 128-bit DDR3, which is a good Budget GPU.

The PSU is decent, I stick with Corsair, but that's just me.

The case doesn't really matter, as long as it allows good fans and airflow.
