Yes, if you have generate structures on, they spawn only in deserts and flatlands, only look there if you want to find one.

An npc village? Yes. By the way, mc pc is ahead of the other versions.

Yeah, there's villages on the PC version. Just make sure that your world settings are on default so they spawn
