Is there a game where I can build and roleplay, with building stuff like powerlines and cars?

Hi, I'm really into building stuff in games such as Rust and of course Minecraft. My second most favorite thing to do in games is roleplay. So I was wondering if anyone knew if there were a game to combine building with roleplay. By building roleplay I mean I'd be able to use powerlines and tvs and radios at a satalite!
