I live in New Zealand, my ping is 22-28 ms most of the time, my download speed is 10-16 mbps (or about 1-2 Megabytes per second) and I'm not sure about upload, anyway, is 22-28 ms ping good for general gaming? For example, COD, CS: GO, Minecraft, etc.

As long as your ping is under 100 or 200, you shouldn't have much problem, unless you're connecting to someone else's server in a different country. Download speed shouldn't matter too much unless you're downloading maps or games while playing.

I'm from New Zealand too and I'm lucky if my ping is below 100. I play any online game I fancy just fine. You won't have any issues.

Should be fine. If it is anywhere higher than 90 then you might want to get a faster connection.
