Is minecraft still fun in 2019?

Yes, of course, unless you have gotten bored with it.

I never liked minecraft at all or fortnite.

I feel like any game could be fun depending on what you do in that game. Me personally I'm 16 and I only play nba 2k and if I couldn't I would go to Minecraft. Mostly because it's just a chill game to get your ideas out on or just pass the time by with. I'd say Minecraft will never get old, but the style of the game itself will change a lot over years to come.

Minecraft is still getting updates & new content, so there's still a lot to dig into & if you're into exploration & creation, you'll still enjoy the discovery aspects. It's still fairly fun to run with, but things are always subjective.

Unless you've gotten all burnt out of it or you've last played on a platform that doesn't get updates anymore, Minecraft is still going strong and there are tons of new features to check out. If you're playing again after a while or you've been living under a rock for the past 2 years of your life, I recommend catching up on the latest 2 updates, Update Aquatic (Java 1.13) and Village & Pillage (Java 1.14).

I think you would have a better time punching a tree in your backyard
