So i got a prepaid visa card with 25 dollars on it only to realize that the game is 27 dollars. I figured out i have a left over 50 dollar prepaid visa card with 10 dollars still on it. Is it possible to combine them together, or buy the game with both cards some how?

Yes cuz vista i believe is a type of gift card you can use at any location if your talking about the PC version then take them to Gamestop and get them if there's one near you
