I want to buy a prepaid Visa gift card to buy Minecraft and other games off of Steam, but I'm not sure if you would need to be 18 or older to buy them. I went to the Visa website and couldn't find anything about age for their prepaid gift cards.
Can someone under 18 buy a prepaid Visa gift card?

It's a gift card; not a credit card. You can buy one as long as you have the money for it.

Anyone at any age can buy a prepaid visa or master card, so long as they have cash. Money talks.
As for purchasing games from Steam or other resources, you might want to check the fine print and determine if you're allowed to legally purchase items if you're not 18.
