Is 5 Mbps internet good enough to play Minecraft Multiplayer?

I'm getting 5 Mbps Internet and I wanted to know if I can still play hunger games or skywars, or maybe just a community build

Yeah it would be okay, might be a bit laggy but still playable, I'm sure it would work since i play multiplayer with a whopping 1.5 mbp speed
