As long as it runs fast and i can play minecraft without lagg and pretty high quality its fine

Assuming you have 500-700 euros, try an hp pavilion g4
I don't know the price of it in your area… Just check if there's anything for that price with a 2.5 GHz processor, an AMD radeon 7000 or later with enough RAM (around 3GB) and enough ROM capacity for your needs.
Maybe I sound funny saying that you will get such a pc for that price, but try.
