So my friends like the building and survival aspects of Minecraft, and i like the Fantasy MMO and character customization aspects of RuneScape, and i would prefer a first person game. If at all possible, I would like it to have various different Items to collect, such as armor, weapons, or clothing.

That has everything you mention.
Or possibly "Elder scrolls online"? I've not played that though.
