I've been thinking about the gtx 750 but thought it was overkill.
Is there a gpu around $100 that:
Pulls less than or equal to 200 watts
Can run minecraft at Atleast 200 fps
Not be overkill
Not cost too much
I need a decent gpu less than or equal to 200w that can run certain games?

The new 750 ti, the version with no 6 pin power connector is probably your best bet.
