I'm buying a new moniter. It is a 27 BenQ with a 5ms responce time and a 60 ghz refresh rate?

I was wondering if I could play games like bo2, minecraft, skyrim, lol and maybe some other games with no noticeable ghosting or lag.

The Monitor should mean nothing to a game, it is merely the visual display. Nearly all generic monitors will work.
The Video Graphics Card is your concern. Any problems with a monitor would result from the VGC not being up to par for the game(s).
Example:
"Skyrim": -DirectX 9.0c compatible NVIDIA or AMD ATI video card with 1GB of RAM: Nvidia GeForce GTX 260 or higher; ATI Radeon HD 4890 or higher
