Hi, I really want to see the code behind minecraft as I'm learning Java and I think it will help me. I want to be able to view it in eclipse as I'm familiar with it as I have been using it to learn Java. Anyone know if I can actually do this?

No, it is closed source. It is possible to decompile it with certain tools, but the game is likely obfuscated and so doing this will produce unreadable code. So, there's no real way to study it, sadly.
