My minecraft startup keeps crashing and i can't open mineraft?

You're getting the "Pixel Format Not Accelerated" error
In the log, we can see that you're running Windows10 (which is fine)
To attempt to fix this, try updating your graphics drivers by downloading them from the manufactures website.
That's usually the problem. But if that doesn't fix it, then go here to try other things.
