How to use a downloaded map in Minecraft on a Windows 10 laptop?

I have already download a map onto my computer and saved it. It saves as a file and when I open it, it has a bunch of files in it. So, I've completed the step of downloading the Map/World. Now what? How to I actually play in the world in Minecraft? I can't find any tutorial talking about the next step after downloading and I the videos I find are from years ago. Could someone explain it to me or link a video that does.
