Turn down settings, or build a new PC

First of is this multiplayer or singleplayer?

If both or singleplayer you have a choice, change your settings. Bring render distance down, turn off clouds, turn off head bobbing, turn graphics to fast and etc. Otherwise another solution would be to upgrade your amount of RAM providing that you may or may not have much on your current PC. But that is another story…

If multiplayer, this could be alot of things for example the server you are on may not be very good or fast or your Internet may not be up to speed. Either way the above options would work to.

Turn down Music - (however much, just not 100) and Sounds (35 is good for me) and Render Distance (however much, just not 100)
