I accidently updated Java and it was a false and put a virus on my computer so I deleted it. Now all my hard work on Minecraft is left alone. I need a way to play it so I can finish building my stuff and save my town from bandits.

You can't. Java is needed for Minecraft. You can re-install Java by going to the Oracle website, downloading it from there and installing it. There are no viruses on the official Java release.

You simply can't run minecraft without Java. Minecraft is programmed in Java and java is ran on the JVM (Java Virtual Machine) which is pretty much what you install when you download Java.
Just download Java again from the oracle page and make sure you stay away from desktop apps and web applets that you don't trust.
