It sounds like an issue with your internet connection. Restart your computer (turn it off normally then turn it back on normally, don't press "restart"). That should help the connection fix up a bit. If it still doesn't work, check your motem, you may need to restart that too. If it's not an issue with your connection, then google the problem, as otheer people may be having similar issues, which could mean there's an internal problem. If not, then it may show some alternative ways to fix it.
