How to hold actual fire in your minecraft inventory?

Not flint and steel like actual fire like a command where you get fire in your hand!

You can't. Minecraft isn;t programmed to allow that in standard mofes. ONly in Creative Mode when you have unlimited resources can this be done.
(Its possible a mod might allow it, but there's none I know if)
