How to get rid of this update java pop up?

I downloaded java to play minecraft but i soon found out that mincraft is really laggy on my computer so then i uninstalled it but mounts later i got this pop up that said update java now! And there's no x thing i can press so there's no way to get it off and this happens All the time please help from kj

Go to the java.com home page and look for the support page that verifies the version you have and should update it correctly
