How to get people to watch my video on youtube?

Add the right Tags in the video, so it attracts more people and it comes up more on people's "Recommended for you" sections.
Be loud and confident if you're speaking in it, and have a good intro/outro.
Do not be cliche and be a minecraft gamer, that's not gonna do it:/
