I'm selling Minecraft Alt accounts but I don't have a credit card or a bank account; I'm only 13… Is there a way to get payed in virtual money so instead of having an actual credit card or banking account I can just go to Amazon or Ebay and buy thing's there?

The money on Paypal is not "virtual." It is very real.
You do not buy things on Amazon or eBay with "virtual" money. Real money is required.
One reason why children are prohibited from using these sites is that you play so many games you think everything is one. Real people buy real food for their familes with the real money they earn on these sites by selling real merchandise. They do not need to be ripped off by children playing games.

Who would by a minecraft account from a 13 year old kid? No offense intended my very young friend, but you just aren't old enough to be taken seriously. I certainly would not buy a minecraft account from anyone that is underage.
And as others have said, you are a minor and can't get a PayPal account. And the money in a PayPal account is like money in the bank, NOT a credit card. It is very real money.
