I need to get in touch with someone as rich as Bill Gates and as kind as him but it can't be him because he's too famous to listen to my idea. I need the person to help finance my video game project so we can create a new Sims game and create jobs for the people who were fired from Maxis and other people who don't have jobs and who know how to make video games (like Sims modders who don't already have jobs and Twallan if he doesn't have one). Once they get payed and the rich person gets all his money back, the rest of the profits would go to a special charity we would set up (I have lots of ideas for the charity). The game would be better than the Sims 4. I already thought of asking Bill Gates but I can't get in touch with him, no one can.

Check out what people do to propose an idea on a place like kickstarter, and ask for backing.
It does work. Some big projects including games started that way.

I have another fun fact for you, Damian: no rich person got there by being nice and friendly and spending money like this. Sorry, but that isn't the world we live in. You sound like a nice, optimistic kid judging from the questions you've been asking, but honestly, the world just doesn't work that way.

Umm… Most rich people are rich for a reason and tend to be busy. Fame does not stop someone from listening to you. Their personality, your personality, your proposal and the amount of time they have (which is usually limited) is the determining factor. If you are passionate about this, why don't you start a kickstart project? Nothing comes easy

Look, you don't have to meet Bill Gates because he doesn't monitor his Microsoft game industry. Instead, you should go to game companies like Blizzard, 3DO, Valve. Best is to relate their games' genre. And one more thing, you can't create another the sims game without right from the originate. Maxis will 100% sue you if you dare make any sims game similar to the sims series.
