How to get a username that is already taken on minecraft but is not premium?

Hi, I recently tried to purchase a minecraft premium license but when I tried to enter the username I wanted, it said it was taken. I went to https://minecraft.net/...r=blueeelf to see if my username was being used, and it said it wasn't or hasn't been paid for. So is there a way to buy an account with that username so I may use it? After all, the other person using the account name (if there's someone at all) isn't even premium so they are probably not using official mc.
