How to get a head on minecraft?

I have been on minecraft a long time but i still don't know how to get a head like skydoesminecraft or someone like that. Can someone help me?

On multiplayer, you must kill the person to get their head, but if you are on Single player, then you must kill a hostile mob (Skeleton, Zombie).It is random for the mobs.

For the human head you must go on creative if you want a mob you must kill a lot of monsters cause it's a really rare drop (like 0.1% per kill).
