I need help to fix this issue as it doesn't allow to me to go on Minecraft no more.
Cleanly remove your currently installed Java > perform a new install of Java later > re-try your Minecraft agent.
The above suggestion might work, but this looks more like you are trying to execute a program with a batch file that is not authorized to run in the user account being used. You may need to use an account with administrator privileges, or right click the batch file and select run as administrator.
