How to download minecraft on a tablet?

Had an old tablet that got broken. On that tablet, I had bought mine craft on it. For Christmas, I got a new tablet and I used the same sign in as I had with the other tablet (they are both android devices). Well, it won't let me download the game on this new tablet. It keeps saying installed. Any suggestions?
