How to download minecraft again?

I deleted Minecraft in hopes of fixing some lag problems. Now, I want to reinstall it again. I went to the minecraft website but it didn't let me download. It said I already had it. How do I download Minecraft from the website again?!

By the way, in order to fix the lag problems, its not the launcher, its in the.minecraft folder. To get there, in Run, type in %appdata%, go to roaming, and there you will find.minecraft. As for redownloading minecraft, click on "already bought the game?"
