How to copy and paste structures in Minecraft?

I'm currently working on an XP farm that requires me to build large structures over and over again. I saw somebody on Youtube do it, but I don't know how.

Firstly, install the Single Player Commands mod for your minecraft version (instructions on website):

Afterwards, you can use the so-called WorldEdit to copy and paste selections. I recommend you watching a YouTube video on how to do that, as it's quite difficult to understand.
