How to build curved structures on minecraft?

I'm trying to create a stadium but can't figure out how to curve the corners

Without mods, that's going to be a bit difficult to get a perfect curve, but you can come close by creating a circle-ish shape. It's hard to describe exactly, so I'll direct you to a relevant video.
