How to build this trap in Minecraft?

Its hard to explain, put a redstone torch behind a block, then put redstone going to a sticky piston right under the block you put the torch on, the when you break the block the redstone torch is on the piston would retract and you would fall. You can make it with more blocks once you get the concept.
