How many FPS can I get on Minecraft?

Ok so if you play regular single player on highest setting you will get about 60 fps but for online it depends on your Internet connection i had 5 megabits connection and ran like 30-40 fps but I upgraded to 50 and you was up to around 55 fps call your Internet provider and ask how many megabits ill check if you answer how many and I can give you an estimate on fps

Minecraft seems to be unpredictable as far as I can tell, my computer couldn't run it (until I replaced it), but it ran TES: Oblivion just fine.

I do know of a way to get the game for free, just to see how it runs. I would not suggest playing online through this though, If you like the game, support it and buy a copy.
