More than enough! You can improve it however by buying a better CPu, and some parts can be bought for cheaper, however good enough to handle most games on high settings.

Cpu is great, I ran a nearly identical build to yours, graphics could use an upgrade, since the 1GB of the 560-ti is quite low these days. A gtx 760 would be perfect for your build, since your cpu will not bottleneck in any way possible.
