How does this even make any sense?

My step-dad said that I can't play one of my favorite games anymore which is Minecraft. He says it's "just for kids" and that I spend to much playing videogames. On average I play videogames for about 2 hours a day. He plays videogames from the time he gets off work (4:00pm) until it's about 11:00pm-12:00am. I'm not so mad about being grounded from my videogame privelages because I usually wait until my parents go to bed and than play my videogames anyway. The thing that annoys me the most is that he said Minecraft is just for kids.

P.S. Yeah, I know you probably think I'm stupid for complaining about videogames, but I don't care. I'm not going to be one of those people who start up an argument just because of someone's opinion, so say what you wanna say.

There's a saying that's been circling the internet: "Haters gonna hate." Just as there's adults who play with legos, there's adults who play Minecraft. Like what you like and don't worry about him.

I don't see why it "being for kids" is a bad thing. I know minecraft is a game that's for pretty much anyone, it just happens to be popular with kids, but even if it was a kids' game, what's wrong with that? It's more important that the games you play are fun than it is that they're mature.
